The Information That iSharpeners Does Not Collect
iSharpeners does not collect mobile phone numbers information from its users. However, iSharpeners may collect other information which iSharpeners is legally compelled to collect.
When iSharpeners Discloses Information
We may share non-personally-identifiable information (such as anonymous User usage data, referring / exit pages and URLs, platform types, asset views, number of clicks, etc.) with interested third-parties to assist them in understanding the usage patterns for certain content, services, advertisements, promotions, and/or functionality on the iSharpeners Service. Decline to Submit

You acknowledge and agree that iSharpeners is not liable for any loss or damage which may be incurred by you as a result of the availability of those external sites or resources, or as a result of any reliance placed by you on the completeness, accuracy or existence of any advertising, products or other materials on, or available from, such web sites or resources.
Data Security
iSharpeners uses commercially reasonable physical, managerial, and technical safeguards to preserve the integrity and security of your personal information. We cannot, however, ensure or warrant the security of any information you transmit to iSharpeners and you do so at your own risk. Using unsecured WI-FI or other unprotected networks to submit messages through the iSharpeners Service is never recommended. Once we receive your transmission of information, iSharpeners makes commercially reasonable efforts to ensure the security of our systems. International Users
iSharpeners Service is operated from India. If you are a user accessing the iSharpeners Service from any other region with laws or regulations governing personal data collection, use, and disclosure, that differs from Indian laws, please be advised that through your continued use of the iSharpeners Service, which are governed by Indian laws, this Privacy Policy, and our Terms of Service, you are transferring your personal information to India and you expressly consent to that transfer and consent to be governed by Indian law for these purposes and expressly waive any right conferred to you by the country from where you are accessing the iSharpeners Services.
