Agreement
By using https://isharpeners.com or engaging iSharpeners IT Solutions (“iSharpeners”) for services, you agree to these terms. Individual projects are additionally governed by their written proposals and agreements, which take precedence where they differ.
Services
iSharpeners provides website development, mobile app development, domain registration, web hosting, SEO, AI solutions and IT consultancy. Scope, deliverables, timelines and pricing for each engagement are defined in a written proposal before work begins.
Payments
Projects are typically billed against agreed milestones. Invoices are payable within the period stated on the invoice. Recurring services such as hosting, domains and maintenance renew and are billed on their stated cycle until cancelled.
Intellectual property
On full payment, ownership of custom deliverables (code, designs and content created specifically for you) transfers to you. Third-party components, licences and our pre-existing tools remain under their respective licences.
Client responsibilities
Timely feedback, content and approvals keep projects on schedule. You are responsible for the legality of content you provide and for maintaining the confidentiality of credentials we hand over.
Warranties and liability
We deliver our services with professional skill and care and fix defects covered by the project's support period at no charge. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
Termination
Either party may end an engagement with written notice as set out in the project agreement. Work completed up to termination is billable.
